These terms and conditions govern visitors' access to and use of the website, and the supply of products ordered via the website. Creative Information may modify or repeal these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of a modification or repeal, the pre-existing terms and conditions continue to apply to any products ordered via the website before the change takes effect.

Purchases and donations
To buy product or service, or to donate funds, via a Creative Information supplied service, Individuals or entities must be; at least 18 years of age, be located within Australia, or a nominated country, nor work on behalf of a foreign principal. Individuals or entities, where required within a cart or system, are required to specify a delivery or registered address. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age.
Foreign Influence Transparency Scheme
All Individuals or entities, using these services, must warrant that they are not individuals or entities acting on behalf of a foreign principal. No such individuals or entities are permitted to buy product or service, or to donate funds, via a Creative Information supplied service. Special offers
At any time, Creative Information may terminate any special offer without advance notice.
Vouchers
Each promotional voucher may only be redeemed once per household. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other vouchers - strict limit of one voucher per order.
Prices
Prices stated are in Australian dollars, and may be per item or per offer, as stated. Prices are ex. GST, unless otherwise stated. All delivery charges are extra, and not included in stated prices.
Payment
A buyer may pay for an order by Visa or MasterCard or PayPal when ordering. If the credit card issuer does not authorise the transaction, or later revokes authorisation for the transaction, Creative Information may cancel the order. A buyer may also facilitate an order via a Crypto Currency. Refunds of received Crypto Payments will only be made once the buyers identity and destination wallet are confirmed.
Pricing errors
If a product inadvertently appears on the website at the wrong price, Creative Information may decline or cancel any orders placed at the wrong price, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If a credit card was charged for the purchase and the order is so cancelled, Creative Information will notify the buyer and issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the wrong price.
Product availability
All product is offered for sale on the basis of known stock on hand. If a product is subsequently found to be out of stock, Creative Information will refund your money.
Delivery
Creative Information endeavours to deliver product, to Australian capital city metropolitan areas within the nominated number of working days. For delivery addresses in Australian regional centres, allow at least 10 working days. Creative Information does not however guarantee any specific delivery date.
Product is normally delivered Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and to either business premises or a residence. If the premises are unattended, product may not be left but rather the courier will leave a card and the buyer needs to arrange delivery to an attended address.
Please note: If your shipment is returned to us as a result of incorrect address or insufficient information you will be required to pay a second freight charge or a refund of your order less initial freight cost will be completed.
Risk
Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer on delivery.
Title
Product remains Creative Information's property until paid for by the buyer.
Product warranties
Creative Information warrants that product supplied is of merchantable quality when delivered. Creative Information warrants that services supplied, will, where deemed reasonably and commercially possible, conform to the intent of the service description, minus any fees and charges that may be applicable. Subject to applicable law, Creative Information does not make any other warranty or representation about products on offer.
Notices to visitors
Creative Information may notify a visitor to the website by email, a general notice on the website, or by other reliable method to an address previously provided to Creative Information by the visitor.

Governing laws
The laws in the Sate of NSW, Australia, govern the use of the website and the supply of products.
Force majeure
Creative Information is excused from performing its supply obligations where and so long as prevented from doing so by reason of events beyond its reasonable control. Creative Information will endeavour to notify the buyer of the delay, where reasonable, and its' expected duration. If so prevented for longer than a reasonable time, Creative Information may elect to cancel the order without liability to the buyer.
